Nutritional Composition
L-leucine is a white crystalline or crystalline powder, a non-polar amino acid with a slightly bitter taste. It is soluble in water, with solubilities of 23.7g /L and 24.26g /L at 20℃ and 25℃ respectively. It is also available in acetic acid (10.9g/L), dilute hydrochloric acid, alkaline solutions and carbonate solutions.
